Add Practically any 5-Volt Sensor to your Edge CS or CS2 EAS System
If you’re looking to monitor parts of your vehicle’s powertrain or drivetrain with your Edge CS2 or CTS2 that aren’t output through your vehicle’s OBD-II port, then Edge’s EAS Universal 5-volt Sensor Input Kit can help. This universal kit can accept basically any 5-Volt sensor and turn its output into input that your Edge CS2 or CTS2 device can understand and read. You can even customize the name and display of the data using Edge’s MyStyle software on your home PC, allowing you to keep tabs on basically any function on your vehicle of choice. Edge’s EAS Sensor Input Kit comes with the wiring and hardware to add two sensors to your Edge CS2 or CTS2 device of choice when used in conjunction with Edge’s EAS Starter Cable Kit. Up to eight of these kits can be daisy-chained together as part of Edge’s EAS system, giving you up to 16 sensor inputs to work with for total monitoring of your vehicle.
