Description
- Function: Extracts broken dipstick tubes
- Common issue on:
- Dodge 5.7L HEMI Engines
- Dodge 6.1L HEMI Engines
- Problem: When the dipstick tube breaks off, a piece remains at the entry point located at the bottom of the engine block (near the oil pan).
- Usage: Use the extractor to thread into the tube for removal.
- Compatibility: Works with #5401 Thread Adapter Tool and any standard thread (5/8″-18 TPI) slide hammer for proper removal of the stuck dipstick tube.
