The 3.5L PowerBoost Hybrid V6 under the hood of your 2021-2026 F150 is one of the most powerful and torquey motors has ever put in an F150, but the factory exhaust system doesn’t let out much more than whisper, even when you mash on the throttle. Luckily, our good friends over at Magnaflow have a solution. The Magnaflow 3″ Street Series Cat-Back Exhaust Kit for 2021-2026 F150 3.5L PowerBoosts adds a mean, noticeable growl to your PowerBoosted F150 in a drop-in package. The Magnaflow Street Series Cat-Back gives your PowerBoost a much deeper, much more noticeable exhaust note, all without adding a bunch of drone at idle or cruising. The F150 PowerBoost Magnaflow cat-back system drops right into place of the stock cat-back and features an OE-style, single-side exit behind the passenger rear tire. The Magnaflow Series Kit comes standard with a 4″, polished, dual-wall tip that adds a nice, finished look to your PowerBoost’s exhaust system without hassles.

Magnaflow designs each of their 3.5L PowerBoost cat-backs for a near-flawless fit on your truck and builds them out of durable materials that can handle almost any climate or application. Each Street Series cat-back features 3″ diameter tubing that’s all carefully, CNC mandrel-bent to ensure both smooth exhaust outflow and an excellent fit on to your PowerBoost F150. The kit comes standard with a Magnaflow straight-through muffler that generates a much more aggressive exhaust note than the massive stock chambered muffler, all without being too overbearing. The tubing and muffler are made out of 409 stainless steel which can resist corrosion in most climates and applications, while the tip is made out of 304 stainless steel with a polished finish. The tip itself is 4″ in diameter and features a dual-wall design that adds just enough good looks to catch attention without being distracting. The kit retains the factory resonator which further lessens drone at highway speeds. Each kit comes with hardware and is backed by a Magnaflow limited lifetime warranty.
