RPG Off-Road has come out with a new line of suspension upgrades for the 2021-2025 Ford Bronco, and now they are all available in one convenient package. The 2021-2025 Bronco RPG Stage 1 Package features RPG’s billet upper control arms, full tie rod kit with boots, rear lower links, and spring perch collars. This kit comes with a variety of anodized finish colors to further personalize these components to your Bronco. All of these components are CNC machined in-house at RPG in the USA with domestically sourced 6061 billet aluminum. Sourcing this material from the USA ensures you are getting the most premium aluminum possible that meets all of the quality standards. Installation of these components is done with an easy, direct, bolt-on application. All of the necessary hardware is included in this package for ensuring proper installation. Improved Ride Height, Wheel Travel, Articulation, and Overall Suspension Strength
The hallmark component of the 2021-2025 Bronco RPG Stage 1 Package are the billet upper control arms. These control arms are designed to free up some space in your front suspension while adding more control and responsiveness on the trails. They can be serviced by simply removing the stainless steel bearing carrier with no complicated disassembly. You will get all of the maximized wheel travel and articulation that you look for with premium aftermarket UCAs without the complicated application. The rear lower links complement these UCAs with superior suspension articulation, reduced deflection, and a rigid arm length. You will get a strong link between your frame and rear axle that will add more ride height and increase pinion angles making rock crawling over obstacles off-road as easy as can be. Having the ability to adjust your Bronco’s ride height based on the obstacles and terrain is essential for a more complete off-road vehicle. That is exactly what the spring perch collars provide. They add more ride height, improve wheel travel, and prevent coil springs damage. You will get 2.25″ of extra lift for your front end and 1.25″ for your rear. Last, but not least is the tie rod kit with boots. It is well known since the reintroduction of the Bronco that the factory tie rods are a weak part of the OE build. RPG’s tie rods feature a hex bar design that is exponentially stronger than the existing units.
