Zone Off-Road’s 6″ Radius Arm Suspension Lift Kit takes your mild-mannered factory 2017-2019 Super Duty and instantly transforms it into a towering, beastly desert crawler. The centerpiece to this heavy-duty suspension lift are the high-strength replacement radius arms, constructed from 1/4″ steel for superior strength and fully-welded with large 2.5″ greaseable bushings to isolate road vibrations. The radius arms are accompanied by full-length coil springs specifically designed to improve on and off-road performance. You’ll maintain steering control thanks to an included forged drop pitman arm while a massive 1/4″ steel fabricated track bar drop bracket is used to recenter the front end and keep the steering linkage angles in phase for predictable handling.
Heavy-Duty Suspension Components
Zone Off-Road takes suspension pretty seriously, as evidenced by the heavy-duty suspension components included in this 6″ Radius Arm Lift. Along with the 1/4″ steel radius arms and extended coil springs, the kit includes sway bar relocation brackets to correct sway bar operating angle, brake line drop brackets to reposition the factory lines, bump stop extensions to control suspension compression and new steering stabilizer mounts to improve operating angle for more effective use of the supplied larger nitro steering stabilizer cylinder. The rear is kept level with the front with high-quality rear blocks. Rounding out the lift is a complete set of front and rear Zone Nitro series twin-tube gas shocks for ride quality and off-road performance.
Important Fitment Notes:
- This lift kit is ONLY compatible with Super Duty models equipped with the standard 2-leaf main spring pack. If your truck is equipped with the heavy payload, 3-leaf main spring pack w/overload, this is the kit you need.
- If equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a carrier bearing drop kit may be required. You can add Zone’s Carrier Bearing Drop Kit to your order through the drop-down menu above.
- 38×13.50 tires may require minor trimming.
