High-Quality Customizable Coil Spring Lift
If you want a lift kit that does more than just eliminate front rake, look no further. Zone Off-Road’s Coil Spring Suspension Lift Kit is designed to improve off-road performance and ride handling and make room for a bigger wheel & tire setup. The front lift is achieved with high-strength extended coil springs, providing ample strength and improved ground clearance for rugged off-road action. The system utilizes your factory radius arms and includes a pair of radius arm drop brackets to correct the castor positioning. You’ll maintain steering control thanks to an included forged drop pitman arm while a massive 1/4″ steel fabricated track bar drop bracket is used to recenter the front end and keep the steering linkage angles in phase for predictable handling. The kit also includes a Zone Off-Road Steering Stabilizer to be installed in place of your existing component.
Heavy-Duty Suspension Components
Zone Off-Road takes suspension pretty seriously, as evidenced by the heavy-duty suspension components included in this 4″ Coil Spring Lift. Along with the extended coil springs and heavy-duty hardware, the kit includes sway bar relocation brackets to correct sway bar operating angle, brake line drop brackets to reposition the factory lines, bump stop extensions to control suspension compression and new steering stabilizer mounts to improve operating angle for more effective use of the supplied larger nitro steering stabilizer cylinder. The rear is kept level with the front with high-quality 5″ rear blocks and e-coated u-bolts. Rounding out the lift is a complete set of front and rear Zone Off-Road black body hydro shocks for improved ride quality and off-road performance.

Important Fitment Notes:
- This lift kit is ONLY compatible with Super Duty models equipped with the standard 2-leaf main spring pack. If your truck is equipped with the heavy payload, 3-leaf main spring pack w/overload, this is the kit you need.
- If equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a carrier bearing drop kit may be required. You can add Zone’s Carrier Bearing Drop Kit to your order through the drop-down menu above.
- 37×12.50 tires may require minor trimming.
Optional Upgraded Shocks: This kit includes Zone Off-Road’s standard white-body hydro shocks. These shocks can be swapped out for Zone’s nitro shocks for improved ride quality and off-road performance. All options include a full set of front and rear shocks.
Optional Upgraded Steering Stabilizer: Zone provides a single white body steering stabilizer with this kit. Upgraded Single and Dual Steering Stabilizer kits are available through the drop-down menu above.
