Highly Efficient EcoBoost Mustang Intake System
The 2015-2017 Mustang EcoBoost gets a noticeable increase when you install a Cold Air Intake from aFe Power. This system helps you produce more horsepower and torque for street or track performance. The Momentum Pro 5R is a total replacement for your 2015-2017 Mustang’s 2.3L factory air box, disposable paper filter, and inlet tubing to give your Pony a complete overhaul of its intake system. This system was designed by aFe to flow a larger volume of charge air at a higher velocity, providing cooler temperature to your engine than it’s stock counterpart to provide a noticeable improvement in horsepower, torque, throttle response, and fuel economy.
Improves Airflow and Includes Reusable Air Filter
The Momentum GT cold air intake for the 2015-2017 2.3L EcoBoost Mustang combines a high-efficient air box design with improved inlet tubing so that your Pony’s engine maximizes power. The system features an entirely new air box design with larger and more efficient duct work which allows easier air flow to the filter. The box also has a clear view window so you can check the filter’s condition for maintenance. The filter included in this kit is one of aFe’s high-flowing Pro 5R filters that features five layers of media and a reusable oiled design, providing better filtration than stock. The filter dumps air into a complete roto-molded inlet tube that has all the necessary provisions for your Mustang’s MAF sensor, vacuum line, and PCV while having improved and more efficient flow over stock.
