Aggressive Look with a Clean, Sleek Design
A bumper that balances price, protection, a clean look, and strength is tough to find, especially one that allows for proper airflow into your 2015-2017 F150 EcoBoost’s intercooler. That why Body Armor created their ECO-Series of front off-road bumper for the 2015-2017 F150s with both the 2.7L and 3.5L EcoBoost V6s. The ECO-Series bumper features a strong boxed steel design, but has a low-profile and sleek appearance so that your F150 doesn’t end up with an overly boxy look. The ECO-Series fits tight with your F150’s body lines, keeping your truck looking clean while improving protection and styling. The Body Armor ECO-Series Bumper even has built-in light mounts and can hold up to four 3″ cube lights and a single 20″ LED light bar so that your F150 gets a ton of off-road light output in a clean mounting solution.
Boxed Steel Design Made with 1/8″ Thick Plates with a Powder Coat Finish
Body Armor builds each of their ECO-Series Bumper tough so that they can handle just about any application you have in mind for your F150 both on and off the road. The bumper is made out of 1/8″ thick steel panels and features vented sides and openings in its center panel to allow airflow through to your EcoBoost F150’s intercooler. The bumper is topped off by a dual-process textured black powder coat finish that fits in with just about any F150 paint color or styling theme. The bumper features mounts in both its side pockets and center panels that can accept powerful off-road LED lights. The two side pockets can fit a pair of 3″ cube lights on each side, while the center mounting point can handle a 20″ off-road LED light bar. Body Armor carefully designed the bumper for a simply bolt-on installation with no cutting, trimming, or drilling.
Adaptive Cruise Control and Parking Assist Warning: installing this bumper on your truck will render your Adaptive Cruise Control System and Parking Assist System inoperable due to the bumper blocking the radar sensor receiver.
